I have spent years doing Customized Programs for hundreds of women and still consider that to be my #1 passion, BUT I want to provide everyone with a small portion of that customized coaching.
I have created this monthly subscription to share my passion, knowledge, enthusiasm, and creativity with anyone who wants take time to take care of your #1, which is YOU!
WHAT YOU GET EACH MONTH
- 5 new workouts for you to repeat for the month that include a 30 minute or less HOME option, and/or a one hour GYM option. You do not have to pick one or the other. You will get BOTH!
- Every month the new workouts will be uploaded into your Members Only Portal where you can access the video's for each workout.
- A PDF version that you can download and print, or just download to your phone and have FOREVER.
- Each week of workouts will consist of Strength Training, cardio, Interval Training, and HIIT.
- A new breakfast, lunch and dinner recipe emailed at the start of each month for you to add into your weekly menu. These recipes will have the calorie and macro breakdown for each recipe.
- A brief summary on ways to help change your relationship with food and how to have a positive mindset towards health and fitness. I want to help create POSITIVE habits, not just a quick fix program.
- You will have access to a private Facebook Group that you can ask questions, post your victories, share your tips,recipes and make CONNECTIONS. The group is only a positive place to help motivate one another.
- Access to me, personally, through email or the Facebook group for any questions.

WEEK 1: Your new workouts will be mailed to you the 1st day of the month with the recipes for the month
WEEK 2: Your weekly email that will focus on how to overcome some of the mental challenges you may be facing such as motivation cycles, taking back control, emotional eating and MORE
WEEK 3: Your weekly email that will give you tips and tools to help you not become overwhelmed with all the nutrition 'Do's and Don'ts" out there. Some months you may receive a bonus recipe with it!
WEEK 4: Answers to your questions! Through out the month I will ask for questions you would love to have answered in a Q&A email. Nothing is off limits!

Q&A ON HOW THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION WORKS:
WHEN DO I GET THE NEW WORKOUTS?
On the first day of every month I will replace the previous months workouts with the month's new ones. You will not be able to see the old videos any longer but you will still always have access to the PDF's you will be given at the start of every month.
DO I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE FIRST OF THE MONTH TO SIGN-UP?
No, you can sign-up at anytime. Shortly after you subscribe you will receive an email giving you the PDF's for the current months workouts and have instant access to the videos. Subscriptions are billed monthly from the date you sign up (i.e. you signed up on the 19th you will be billed on the 19th for each month thereafter). If you wish to cancel your subscription you will continue to have access for the duration of the last month you were billed.
DO I HAVE TO PICK HOME OR GYM?
No, you get BOTH! Each option provides you with different workouts. You can combine both or just pick one to do, but either way you will always have access to both.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED FOR AT HOME WORKOUTS?
All the workouts will use only dumbbell's, chair or coffee table, mini bands and/or resistance bands. Make sure to have a good variety of weights for the dumbbells.
WHAT IF I NEED MODIFICATIONS?
I try to make sure that there is a modification listed in the PDF. If you still need more modifications feel free to email me or DM me. You can also ask me within the Facebook group. This might be the best place since someone else might have the same question.
