As a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist, I am dedicated to giving you the one-on-one time you deserve.  It is not just about what worked for me and applying it to you. Each program I provided to a client is truly customized to YOU. Through my training, experiences, and 10 years as a coach I have learned to make this about YOU, not ME. There is no program that is the same for any client. You are UNIQUE which requires a UNIQUE program! 

Your nutrition is customized to what will work for your lifestyle.  This is not a quick fix diet.  I do not tell you what to do, I EDUCATE you so you can make this a long term, SUSTAINABLE.

I give you the tools to help you find how to make this work in your current lifestyle, instead of trying to change your lifestyle to fit a program.  I firmly believe through trial and error you will LEARN more and be able to make this a sustainable lifestyle instead of a quick fix.  Nutrition is not just about eliminating foods but finding ways to love ALL foods.

FITNESS:

  • Workouts customized around your lifestyle, preferences and fitness level. (No gym required!)
  • 4, 3 week phases that will include strength training, interval training, LISS and HIIT conditioning built for YOU.

NUTRITION:

  • Week 1 will only focus on learning about Nutrition and Macros through daily modules.  Each daily will focus on topics such as: tracking, weighting your food, water intake, eating out and more.
  • 12 weeks of weekly modules that focus on the changing your relationship with food and exercise. Topics include motivations cycles, binge eating, balanced mindset, consistency, taking back control and MORE.
  • Each week includes goal sheets, worksheets, a PDF and audio version of the course material. You can now learn and get educated on the go!
  • One week sample menu (not customized) to get you started on creating meals.
  •  Recipe Book that has the macro and calorie breakdown for each recipe.
  • Additional Resources such as protein lists, snack lists and macro cheat sheets.
  • Weekly phone chats for check-ins to review you week and establish new goals for the upcoming week.
  • Calorie and macro adjustments as needed.
